Cancellation and Return Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 07 days of receipt. In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same. After that you can re-order the style you want.
  • You can initiate the returns by logging into your Faso Account.
  • The product(s) should be purchased only from www.faso.in and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
  • Return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customer Should Share the Images of if the Product is Damaged (or) reason for returning the product.
  • Customer should return the Product Once Faso is Approved to return the product.
  • FASO decision will be the final.
  • Product(s) should be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed.
  • There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
  • All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
  • Original Invoice shall be returned with the product(s).
  • Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.
  • Kindly note that during a promotion, specific rules will apply for returning a promotional product. We do not accept returns on consumer promotion / freebies if the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product or wrong size we will accept return.

Damage Of External Packaging

  • On receipt, if it is noticed that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, we recommend not accepting the package and putting your remarks on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately. We shall handle such issues strictly and directly with the respective courier company.
  • In such an event, kindly intimate us with the details of your order. Once the package is received back at our warehouse, we will cancel the order.
  • In case of Pre-paid (Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card) order, we will refund the money in your banking account.
  • In case of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order, we will cancel the order without any refund.

Terms And Conditions

  • Faso.in will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  • No returns on innerwear.
  • Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  • Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
  • You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.
  • Please pack the products properly and paste/write the address: K.P.R Mill Limited, Shrivari Srimat, 1045, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore – 641018.
  • Please mention the Return Id on the packet.
  • Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
  • Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
  • Faso.in follows a 07 days No question asked return policy. You can return the product within 07 days of delivery.
