Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email.

You can track your shipment in real time using the Shiprocket tracking system or through your FASO Account > Orders section.
Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2β3 times.

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).

In case of RTO, re-shipping charges (if any) may be applicable.
Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

FASO is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears tampered, damaged, or open at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance and inform our customer support immediately.

Accepted packages with visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability depends on serviceability and courier partner approval via Shiprocket.
